Certified
Evaluators must pass a certification for each client. Unique to the industry is our training for our evaluators.
We have worked with our clients in the past to develop in-store training before evaluators are permitted to conduct their assessments. This enables our clients to do small group training with the evaluators, teaching them exactly what they should be looking for while visiting each restaurant. In-store training is a commitment for the evaluator, so we tend to work with and retain those individuals that are in the industry for the long term.
